The results of the Finnish Travel Gala NPS survey are now available. Vuokatti is in the TOP 3 list in the Domestic Destination\/Attraction of the Year category!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– It is wonderful that Vuokatti has been nominated as one of the TOP 3 candidates, together with Koli National Park and Pulsa Railway Station in Lappeenranta, says Ms. Aija Laukkanen<\/strong>, CEO of Vuokatti Tourism Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The excitement about the final rankings will be maintained until the gala evening. Finnish Travel Gala 2025 will announce the winners of the Finnish travel industry awards at Finnish Travel Gala in Helsinki, at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center on October 31st 2025. The gala will be held for the seventh time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winners will be awarded in 11 categories. The winners will be determined based on an extensive NPS survey, which was answered by approximately 12,500 unique respondents in July-August 2025, giving a staggering over 183,000 answers. An NPS survey measures customer loyalty and satisfaction using the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a single question asking customers how likely they are to recommend a company on a scale of 0\u201310.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Winner of the Domestic Destination \/ Attraction of the Year<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The winner of the NPS survey is the one with the highest NPS score. NPS is calculated using the following formula: number of recommenders (those who gave you a rating of 9\u201310) \u2013 number of reviewers (those who gave you a rating of 0-6) \/ number of respondents x 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a recommendation index on a scale of -100 (all respondents are reviewers) \u2013 100 (all respondents are recommenders).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finnish Travel Gala<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Finnish Travel Gala is an annual awards event for Finland’s tourism industry, organized by the Association of Finnish Travel Industry (SMAL). Travel professionals gather to celebrate and reward outstanding achievements, innovations, and phenomena in tourism through an awards ceremony, dinner, and entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
