Following the renovation of the hotel rooms, new holiday apartments will be built to \u201dHovinranta\u201d area, a new lakeside area on Lake S\u00e4rkinen. These apartments will feature beautiful views at the lake and Vuokatti hills, and are designed to meet the needs of modern travelers with both high quality and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new holiday apartments will significantly expand Break Sokos Hotel Vuokatti\u2019s accommodation offering. They are designed for both domestic and international guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction work is ongoing and is estimated to be finished late 2026 \/ in the beginning of year 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>All holiday apartments will have a sauna, a modernly equipped kitchen, and views at the lake and the Vuokatti hills. The area will feature holiday apartments in four different apartment types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>21 apartments (42 m\u00b2) with 1 bedroom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 apartments (68 m\u00b2) with 2 bedrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 apartments (86 m\u00b2) with 3 bedrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 apartments (90 m\u00b2) with 3 bedrooms, with private pier &amp; outdoor hot tub<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shared facilities and services will also be built in the area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lakeside area with beach, campfire shelter, and pier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Year-round family activity area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solar power plant on the roof of the largest building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Covered parking for each apartment with heating &amp; EV charging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Vuokatti\u2019s growth requires new, modern accommodation.
