New direct charter flights from Paris to Kajaani bring tourists to Vuokatti in December 2024

Travel packages lasting 5–6 days are already available for booking on Mondial Tourisme’s, website. Tourists are offered the opportunity to experience a perfect Finnish winter holiday, which includes accommodation at Holiday Club Katinkulta or Break Sokos Hotel Vuokatti, as well as a variety of activities in the area’s unique nature, such as skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, as well as visits to Kuhmo and Suomussalmi.

Long-term cooperation

– This new collaboration between Tour Partner Group and Vuokatti is part of our long-term strategy aimed at increasing the number of tourists in Vuokatti in the coming years, says Ms. Aija Laukkanen, CEO of Vuokatti Tourism Ltd.

The collaboration aims to offer French tourists unforgettable experiences and promote Vuokatti as an international travel destination. There are plans to continue charter flights and increase the number of flights for the coming seasons.

The launch of a new charter flight to the region is part of an international collaboration between Tour Partner Group and the Arctic Lakeland Charter project. The project brings together tourism operators in the Kainuu (Arctic Lakeland Finland) region and strengthens the region’s international awareness in key markets through the Arctic Lakeland brand. The project is implemented in cooperation with the region’s municipalities and the Kainuu Regional Council.
